Diagnosed in 1995, I’ve been fighting as a bipolar 1 disorder warrior for three decades. I know from first-hand experience the anxiety caused by a bipolar diagnosis. I want you to have the support and comfort I couldn’t find when I was first diagnosed.

Coping with a mental illness is stressful, and the increased stress strips away much of your positivity. I want to help you get it back in a healthy and fun way.
